Female - Tachytes sp. (red-belly look-alike)
There are probably about five species in the genus that have females with the all-red abdomens. However, I'm not able say exactly which one from these views, at this time. -- 10 flagellomeres and 6 abdominal segments = ♀
She looks to be rather large, which could rule out a few species, but I can't be sure of that either, sorry. You should move her to genus level for now. Thanks!

Thank you Ken for your kind help. These wasps were feeding on aphid honeydew on a stand of castor bean plants. They were so abundant that at one point, I observed almost an average of one wasp per leaf!
