Brachiacantha querceti
I believe this is
Brachiacantha querceti
Schwarz. From Gordon
(
1
)
, B. querceti is listed as ocurring only in Florida from Tampa south to Naples and east to the atlantic. B. schwarzi Gordon (yes, he "establishes" it) appears similar (only other ladybird with these distinctive markings) but Gordon differentiates by head "black with yellow frontal area (female); and elytra spots yellow" vice all black face and orange spots in B. querceti. B. schwarzi's distro is further north around Gainsville.
A great find, being such a limited distribution! You're in prime ladybird teratory for many similar "limited" ladybirds - keep'm coming!. And another new species for BugGuide :)
