Thanks for changing the info. I also checked with the last person who IDed the wasp and he agreed that this is a female. Not sure who checked the box on iN but now it's straightened out.

"Yes, definitely female as can be determined by the features mentioned there. Males have 11 segments on the flagellum of the antenna (for a total of 13 including pedicel/scape) while females only have 10 (12 total)"

Now I'll have to post some of my other cuckoo bees on iN to see if they can be IDed to species.
