Baby bugs - Chinavia hilaris

Baby bugs - Chinavia hilaris
Lake Corpus Christi, San Patricio County, Texas, USA
May 1, 2007
Came back to this tree and found a large number of this bug, with great variety in coloration. They camouflaged very well with the berries in what I believe is a hackberry tree.

Look like a match?

Moved from Green Stink Bug.

If these are the older version of your hatchlings
I believe they are all Acrosternum. See Acrosternum hilare info page for images of nymphs that match this.
