I think this is a Ceratomia catalpae - Catalpa Sphinx Moth caterpillar with Cotesia congregata cocoons. Please correct either ID if it is mistaken. And perhaps suggest where I should move it to? Photographed on Catalpa sp at the Creekside Reserve.

Yes…
Cotesia congregata attacks a wide number of hosts, including Ceratomia catalpae.
