This is one of the "pine sawyers" in the genus Monochamus. Surprised someone else hasn't chimed in.

 
Thanks Eric. I couldn't find a key that showed the differences between carolinensis and titillator so I'll place it here for now.

 
Looks like M. carolinensis...
...based on the weakly dentate elytral apices; however, the angle of the photo makes it hard to be certain. Check here for a recent discussion on distinguishing carolinensis from titillator.

 
It's amazing how few images there are of these two species. From the ID'd individuals I've seen here, I'd go with carolinensis also.
