Size: 10-12mm
I have decided this is a Pandemis lamprosana based on Paul Dennehy's comments here. But that is if I am understanding them correctly as a rookie moth person. Determining Pandemis limitata vs Pandemis lamprosana is for someone more experienced I think.

Moved from ID Request. I'm inclined to think you're right but it's hard to tell with this picture and I don't have personal experience with this genus. Hopefully a torticid expert will comment.
