Size: 1 mm and 1.2 mm
August 19, 2015: inadvertently collected (either with a Leaf Blotch miner on Grape, Vitis sp. or with what looked like eggs on Wild Sarsaparilla, Aralia nudicaulis),
and managed to double label this Scale with both plants
Therefore, accompanying plant information is either/or
I’ve also recently found similar Coccidae on several species of plants:

September 2, 2015 an adult scale emerged, similar to
Size: 1 mm tip of head to end of abdomen, 1.2 mm tip of head to end of abdominal projection

Since I thought this was another parasitoid wasp, I did not get a photo of the scale before emergence. Rats.
