Looks most like Paroxya atlantica to me. Possible to tell from this photo?

looks like P. clavuliger
pale-ringed antennae are a good first clue, and the dark patterning on the sides runs a bit different on the two species (but varies somewhat in both).

Probably P. atlantica, but could be P. clavuliger.
