Leptoglossus zonatus? - Leptoglossus zonatus

Leptoglossus zonatus? - Leptoglossus zonatus
El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, USA
September 3, 2015
Feeding on pomegranates. El Paso residents complain that this insect causes them to lose some or all of their pomegranates. Its feeding causes the fruit to rot by the salivary enzymes secreted and the yeast and other pathogens introduced into the wound.

Moved from Leptoglossus zonatus.

Moved back to genus given the lack of pronotal spots. Could be one of the similar species.

Good call

Do all the images depict the same individual?
The pronotal spots seem much less evident (virtually invisible) in this pic--but perhaps it's just the angle.

Oops!
You were absolutely right! I messed up and mixed two individuals in the same submission. I already rearranged the photos accordingly. Thank you for your help and thanks for pointing that out.
