Scatopsid?

Scatopsid?
Brookside Gardens, Montgomery County, Maryland, USA
August 9, 2015
Size: ~2mm
I apologize for these poor photos but they’re the best I got of these tiny flies. I’m not quite sure what they and the closest I’ve come is maybe Scatopsidae. At least the very reduced wing venation and type of antennae seem consistent with that. I think the light/dark banding of the abdomen is exaggerated because all of these flies seem bloated, probably on nectar from these flowers.

Thanks in advance for the help.
