Moved from Aphelinidae.

This is a Eulophid wasp (Chalcidoidea)
Wasps in the family Aphelinidae do not have a wasp waist as seen in the above photo. The shape and segments in the antennae also point to Eulophidae. The wasp appears metallic, another feature I've never seen in Aphelinidae.

This is a wasp from the superfamily Chalcidoidea, and the family is Aphelinidae.

Ok, this is one where we could use a superfamily, or suborder, or something that encompasses lots of obscure families:-) Once we collect enough images, then we can go to experts for more specific IDs.

The antenna on this bee are amazing. It looks like a beaded necklace.
