Female - Tachytes desertus (Bohart 1994)
Even, I'm searching for look-alikes of a wasp that I filmed and your's might be one of the closest species. (differs with the all-red legs) I can't see all of the key characters though.
This is one of the three "new" species, described in the key. She is in the
amazonus
species group and this is a western species. Nice Shot!
