Chad, I agree with your comment. It does look similar to some of the P. arizonensis males, but I can't confirm that it is. I am not familiar with the different variants of that species. It is definitely an adult male of one of the mystaceus group species.

 
Don and Chad . . .
the "expanded cheeks" described by GB Edwards is another characteristic of P. arizonensis that seems to be present here. Although I've seen a number of these spiders I am not familiar with the known variations.
