Moved from Moths. Pretty sure it's something in Trifurculini, since I don't see the lamellar scales on the collar that would place it in Stigmella (tribe Nepticulini). That's as far as I can take it though. Look at some of the comments in images placed in the various genera to get an idea of all the confusion regarding this entire superfamily here.

There are a number of small moths with those
antennae shields. One of the experts may be able to say which one. Here's a couple for comparison
