Catocala - Catocala ulalume
Steel Creek, Buffalo National River, nr Ponca, Newton County, Arkansas, USA
July 17, 2013
Size: wingspan 72mm, body 35mm
Collected in a black Lindgren funnel trap with a wet collection cup, hence the beat up condition. I'm not very familiar with moths and these underwings with black hindwings are difficult.

Moved from Underwings.
