I think Crimson-ringed
I would agree with the assessment of Crimson-ringed Whiteface (L. glacialis). On the left forewing, I think I can just make out a double row of cells present in the radial planate, which would separate this bug from Belted Whiteface (L. proxima).

We just can't tell the difference. This looks the same as

But it also looks the same to us as Tom's L. proxima:

while Dennis's proxima looks very different - but who's gonna argue with Dunkle?

Maybe June will sign in and check the wing venation on all these.

And no one has even mentioned Leucorrhinia patricia!

But I suppose that if the dragonflies themselves don't even know what genus they're in, why should we be surprised that we're confused?
