Damsel fly to ID - Ischnura perparva - Male

This damsel fly is a lttle different than the usual blue ones. The green colors attracted my attention. Would appreciate learning more about it if anyone can help. thanks.

Western Forktail male, I believe
They're common around ponds and edges of marshes.
