This individual appears to be recently emerged, which at this time of year would suggest Acrolepiopsis heppneri rather than A. incertella.

 
I thought Acrolepiopsis heppn
I thought Acrolepiopsis heppneri emerged in the fall. Wouldn't June mean it's more likely to be A. incertella?
