Bryobiinae
Hi Tom:
Nice photo! These little mites aren't easy to photograph, and you've got good detail on the dorsal setation. It belongs to the tetranychid subfamily Bryobiinae, most likely the genus Bryobia, and possibly B. praetiosa (the 'clover mite' - details about ecology here: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/IN776).
Cheers,
Heather
