This specimen maybe an example of the Hasty Acleris (Acleris hastiana) 3531. Caterpiller found rolled in a willow leaf in August and eclosed on the Sept 20th

Looks like it to me: . See description in Beadle and Leckie, page 86. Lengthwise streaks of pale orange or chestnut; Host plant is willow.
