Longhorned beetle - Prionus imbricornis - male

Longhorned beetle - Prionus imbricornis - Male
Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, USA
June 1, 2007
Size: 35 mm
Looks a lot like genus Prionus, and since I count 19 segments in the antennae, not 12-13, I think that makes it a P. imbricornis male. Found floating in a swimming pool yesterday, presumed drowned, but it recovered overnight and had to be chilled for this photo.

(Note: posted originally to ID Request, but since no-one has objected to my ID, moved to guide.)
