I believe this is Neoscona crucifera. The dorsal abdominal pattern is different, and the leg femora aren't blazing red.

This species exhibits a lot of variation when it comes to abdominal color. Sometimes the abdomen is tan, other times it's rusty red, and as in this case, it's a dusky gray.
