I checked with a local Ode expert and he assures me that these are Uhler's Sundragons. Sely's have never been reported in my area. Thanks for your help gentlemen.

Frankly
It looks more like a Selys which would be a range stretch. You also have several Emerald species up there to contend with that I have never seen. A flatter angle on the wings would help.
