Size: 1-1.5 mm
Soory for the quality. Smallest beetle I've photographed. Not realy sure of size. I found it in my basement. Something in Laemophloeidae perhaps.

New Measurment
I went back to measure the spot I took the photo and found that the beetle was around 1 1/4 mm long.

Not Laemop*hloeidae.
I think it's probably a sylvan*id but it could be a species of latridii*d. Either way it's new to bugguide.
