Size: ~2.5mm
Olibrus? The nipple shape of the last antennomere (better seen on next photo) and what appear to be 2 striae on each elytron seem to fit Matthew Gimmel’s comment here
Locally very abundant on goldenrod flowers for a couple of weeks.
