Toriopalecky, it appears to be the desert scorpion , Hadrurus arizonenis or there abouts . Nice specimen ! Can you give us a approximat length , best guess ? Location details.. ie.. under wood, or in my shoe, etc. Thanks and again Nice ! You can go out at night with a hand held Black lite and they Lite up like christmas trees ! Raining here and 45 degrees at Lake Tahoe, Ca. gst

It was buried in the sand and it was about 6 inches in body length but 10 inches altogether!
