Moved tentatively to genus for now...
Moved from Alaetrinus minimus.

Moved tentatively...
Moved from Blapstinus.

I beleive this is Alaetrinus minimus
based upon the size of the elytral punctures and the luster. A clear view of the eyes would clinch it.

Not A. minimus
Actually because of the punctures. They are too small and not spaced right for A. minimus.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Seems like it.
Blapstinus seems to be the best bet.

Thanks!
Thank you Hisserdude for your kind help.

what about Alaetrinus?

Alaetrinus
seems like a very good possibility too. How do you tell these species apart?

Blapstinus has completely divided eyes;
Alaetrinus does not. This particular one has a lot of goop on them so I cant be sure.
