Wish I could see a little further down the leaf...
Was there frass being expelled at the beginning of the mine, by the midrib?

 
We unfortunately do not have
We unfortunately do not have the leaf anymore. It took some time for me to figure out how much moisture to add to our viles where we kept the leaves with unhatched specimens. The ones that got really rotted and did not hatch anything after a while were thrown out.
