Other photos on BG of this species at the moment seem to be males. Green on thorax, thin dark shoulder stripe, and blue with V of black on segments 8 and 9 match field marks for female vesperum in Lam's Damselflies Of The Northeast. Perched in shade on wall of spillway 4 pm.
