Moved from Beetles.

Agrilus prionurus
A Mexican species only just reported from south Texas last year - it breeds in soapberry trees.

Has been in Texas since 2003...

This species was first found in Bastrop County, in central Texas in 2003 (probably by Stan Welso).

Info sheet from the Texas Forest Service

for the ID!

A new species for the guide!
