Most likely
Most likely Solenopsis invicta, but the differences between them and other local Solenopsis species are fairly subtle and I don't think you can tell from these photos - a good shot of the clypeus would probably be sufficient to tell for sure (you're looking for a middle clypeal tooth to confirm S. invicta).
