Nuttall's Blister Beetle - Lytta - male - female

Nuttall's Blister Beetle - Lytta - Male Female
near Bassam Park, San Isabel NF, E of Buena Vista, Caffee County, Colorado, USA
June 26, 2015
I think these are Nuttall's Blister Beetle (Lytta nuttalli). They were found on White Loco Flowers (Oxytropic sericea), and there were many seed bugs apparently waiting for them to mate and to try to take or eat their spermatophores or eggs - I'm not sure. Any thoughts on what it is would be appreciated!
