Pieris marginalis
Is the main western segregate of the "Veined Whites" or the Pieris napi complex. I'm inclined to keep calling them all P. napi, and am not convinced that P. marginalis and P. oleracea are distinguishable except by geography. However, best to follow convention here for now.

Have you checked Mustard White?
Yours looks much like the one in
Butterflies through Binoculars The West
. The book does not list Arctic White. And neither species is listed for your county in butterfliesandmoths. Nothing they list looks like yours. Puzzling!
