Female - Campsomeris limosa
You may be able to verify that your wasp has wings with only two sub-marginal cells. (= genus Campsomeris or Scolia) Most of the Trielis octomaculata females have red colored heads. Both species of Trielis females have extensive red coloring on the legs.
