Three-banded Grasshopper? - Heliastus benjamini - female

Three-banded Grasshopper? - Heliastus benjamini - Female
California Gulch, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA
August 29, 2015
Size: 1-1.5 inches
Three-banded Grasshopper is the closest I can come on this one. Can anyone confirm, or refute? Thanks!

Very similar and probably related,
but that one is much larger than this. This one also has red hind wings, while Hadrotettix has pale yellow.

Moved from ID Request.
