July 16, 2015:, collected flower(?) galls on Flowering Spurge, Euphorbia corollata, and a moth larva with light weaving
These spurge galls are not the same as
Later: I could see that there was nothing in the rearing jar so put off looking closely
October 8, 2015: since I could see no evidence of the lep larva or anything else, I was set to throw it all out. But decided to take the time to look under the scope. Golly, found 4 (small) dead gall flies and a couple spent puparia
September 12, 2016: Dr. Gagné ID’d as mite galls and gall fly as an Arthrocnodax, a predator of mites.
