the ones that we find in AZ. Really, same species?

 
Not my best images...
They were quite dark, but I just enhanced them to make details a little clearer. To me, this beetle looks identical to other Oncideres rhodosticta I encountered after this submission. I will ask Dr. Lingafelter for confirmation.
Update: This is what Dr. Steve Lingafelter said: "This is O. rhodosticta. It ranges from Arizona to Texas (and into Mexico). Recognized by the 3 pronotal calli, as well as the elytral pattern."
