I don't see this one in the guide. This is not the best shot, but can likely get others if needed.

Hydaticus bimarginatus
You're correct! This one is not currently in BugGuide. It appears to be Hydaticus bimarginatus. I used Dr. Epler's "Identification manual for the water beetles of Florida"
