Collops tricolor - first record for New Brunswick - Collops tricolor - Female
Mt. Douglas, Welsford, Queens County, New Brunswick, Canada

Size: 8mm
I accompanied New Brunswick beetle expert Reggie Webster on a collecting trip to Mount Douglas, just north of Welsford. He was looking for and found this species. He has published this as a first record for this province. The beetle was found easily on exposed rocks on the highest elevation.
