never seen one but looks like Proctacanthus fulviventris male.

Data shows no reports from Arkansas yet which explains your comment. ;-) Although I couldn't ID it, it was spectacular and a happy find since 99% of what I see here in Hillsborough County are Stichopogon trifasciatus. If it matters, this was seen on a wooded trail though overgrown pine/oak scrub, overdue for a prescribed burn.

 
This
beauty is pretty much confined to FL and GA mainly. Several really fine Proctacanthus down there in sandy country.
