I think this looks like but it seems I am East and South of it's expected range. There are three Tarache that have the black and white striped body and the dark hind-wing, T. knowltoni, T. abdominalis, and T. flavipennis, but this is the only one with the distinctive dorsal pattern on the hind wing.

This specimen has been identified by BOLD and can be seen at TXLEP146-15 in the public database.
