Walkingstick - Diapheromera femorata

Walkingstick - Diapheromera femorata
Bullitt County, Kentucky, USA
October 21, 2015
Size: 3 1/2 inch? body
A single piece of grass sticking out of the trash drew my attention and found this guy doing his best to be a stem of grass. Only noticed it was missing a leg later but once he / she started to move it did not hinder its progress.
I think it must be a Northern Walkingstick but possibly a Giant Walkingstick .... a few more pictures to follow.
