mystery leafhopper - Jikradia olitoria

mystery leafhopper - Jikradia olitoria
Albion, Calhoun County, Michigan, USA
October 21, 2015
It was a balmy night so I decided to go out and practise looking for things in the dark. The little LED light must have attracted this little fellow because all of a sudden it had landed on my hand. I managed to take this picture one-handed and was shocked that it came out as well as it did.

I've often seen these leafhoppers but have never identified one. Can you help? Thanks in advance.

Coelidia olitoria, methinks
*

That makes sense. I had quit
That makes sense. I had quite a few of the little big-eyed froglike Coelidia nymphs earlier, August for example. In fact that is when I had seen the adult before. Just didn't make the connection. Thanks for pointing it out. I noticed that a few of the C. olitoria in this guide were labeled by sex, mostly females. Can you clue me as to how to sex them?

I also saw one submission where the contributor said it was very much attracted to light, which is what this one picked up on.

Thanks again, Metrioptera!
