I keep trying for ID before I submit. This seems to fit Anthidium maculosum.

That is actually what I meant to put there but copied and pasted the wrong thing from the taxonomy list. There are several of the manicatum but none of the maculosum listed in the guide for my area. So even when I'm right I can get it wrong. Thank you and everyone for what you do!
