possible Brown Widow in garage? - Parasteatoda tepidariorum

possible Brown Widow in garage? - Parasteatoda tepidariorum
Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas, USA
October 22, 2015
Size: abdomen: 3/16"
It was found in the lower corner of the garage next to the garage door. I suspect it was a Brown Widow, but it didn't quite exactly match the photos on the internet. No orange or reddish colors present in its pattern. I did not observe any spiky egg sacs near its nest - they were white and regularly spherical. Please identify!

Common House Spider
Parasteatoda tepidariorum:

Edit: White spherical egg sacs likely do not belong to this spider, their egg sacs are papery, brown, and typically tear drop shaped.

Thank you!
Thanks for identifying this little guy. I don't recall seeing any egg sacs of that description, so I guess it's a loaner. If I see any more, I'll be sure not to disturb them, as they seem to be the more friendly type. :)
