No problem! re: Narcissus Bulb Fly, check out the visual key here:

You'll see your fly has a closed r1 cell, shown nicely in the key;
Eristalis tenax
can be told apart by other means, and some nice examples of *some* Eristalis - indeed all of the Ontario species - are here:
