Pepsis mildei
. Sometimes they have that type of a partly black antennae.
Here is one example, from Arizona:

Yep, has all the key characters of P. mildei
Including dense hair "brushes" on sternites 4 & 5, with the tips of the bristles reflexed (see 3rd image).
