Large bug found in a small stream in the tidal flats of Poole Slough.

Should be Chaetiliidae
Reminds me of Sadura but I don't know anything about west coast isopods

Looks like Valvifera
Perhaps a Pentidotea, though I'm not familiar with the West Coast fauna. With Isopods, the best angle for identification purposes is from directly above, as the shape of the abdominal segments is extremely useful.
