Atlantic Marsh Fiddler Crab - Uca pugnax - Male

Maybe Uca pugnax (Atlantic Marsh Fiddler Crab) - male
Found in the mud of the salt marsh https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=509957899173213&set=a.337471399755198.1073741827.100004770221842&type=3&theater
Not too many good shots because they just pop in their holes.

Moved
Moved from Fiddler Crabs. Assuming New Jersey has the same three Uca species as southern New England, which I'm almost certain of. U. pugnax can be separated for certain from U. pugilator with a view of the inside of the palm of the larger claw and by the lack of purple on the carapace, and from U. minax by the lack of red at the joints of the larger claw.

Thanks
